The Whispers of Death
The Fate Whisperer is the entity responsible for controlling the respawn time of the creatures in the live world. He is located in The Shadowcore, on the abyss. This place can be accessed through the Norf's temple in south of Thais.Sacrificing small amounts of gold will cause The Fatewhisperer to send the echoes of death whisper loudly around the world, decreasing the respawn time of creatures.
For each 100 gold sacrified, the respawn time will be decreased in 0.1 second for 6 hours. Sacrifices could be stacked, but there's maximum of 1000 essences whisperings in the shadow, this means after 100.000 gold is sacrified it will reach the maximum respawn rate of -100 seconds for 6 hours.
You can dialog with The Fatewhisperer talking about sacrifice or asking him for spawn to check the world status.
In the Norf's Temple, Edowir gather wisdom and knowledge, and was the first to discover the mysteries behind the shadowcore. He combined his knowledge and managed to produce an artifact called "the shadow keystone", which quickly transports the user to this place, if they are in a protection zone. He sell this keystone for 1000gp.
In near future, this world change will be a important part to unlock the areas in the shadowcore.
