Houses
Houses are private buildings that can be rented by players. They are mostly found in the cities, but rentable buildings can be found anywhere in Miracle. All houses are protected zones and only the owner can enter unless you provide permission for others. All items inside your house are security and saved on the server save.Renting a House
To start renting a house, you need a premium account. Just go to the house that you want to buy and type the command !buyhouse in front of the door. If you have enough money, you will buy the house immediately. The rent period on the server in set for each 15 days and it cost 20% of the total house price. You need to leave the money in the bank and you should receive a warning message on login if there are 3 days left for the rent. Even if you have the money in the bank, you'll still get this warning, just ignore it.Bed Regeneration
Players are able to sleep on beds in order to regen health/mana if they eat some food. This is most called as bedmakers feature as you could regen and make runes with others characters while playing on your main character. The regeneration time for food while sleeping is different than when you are awake. During normal gameplay, if you are fully fed, you will regenerate mana and hitpoints for max 20 minutes if you are free account and 40 minutes for premium account; while sleeping, the regeneration effect extends to 200 minutes and regenerate 1 hp/mana per minute, regardless of your vocation.Commands
Owners of houses can invite anothers players to join their houses, make sub-owners list, doors list and kick players from a house.| Action | Command | Description |

Transfering a House
To sell or transfer a house to another player, the house owner first need to buy and sign a document. Just click on the document and write on it:house transfer
new owner name
If you signed correctly, looking on document will appear your house transfer details: It is a house transfer document for 'Warriors Guildhall' to 'New Player Name'.
Now you just need to trade or give this document. The new owner just need to accept the transfer by going to a Banker with the document saying: hi, house transfer, yes. The transfer is now completed. Note: the house owner can only sign 1 document every 24 hours.
